Bellator 175 takes place March 31 from The Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. The main event between Rampage vs. King Mo has been set for some time, but recently home town hero Steven “Thunder Beast” Kozola was announced to be fighting on the event as well.

The world of MMA is currently waiting to find out his opponent. I was hoping to get a hint at the very least, so I asked Steven who he would be fighting. Kozola Said:

“Sorry, I can't announce it until Bellator announces it, but I can tell you who the winner will be.”

His response may sound cocky to some, but coming from the undefeated seven fight pro, it's just confidence. His fight is expected be the first or second on the main card.

Steven made his pro debut on July of 2013 against Ramon Hernandez. Kozola won that fight by submission, by way of choke at 1:29 of the second round. Since then Steven has never had a fight go that long and has put each of his opponents away by knock out. Seven fights, seven wins and seven finishes. Those numbers rival former world champions like Ronda Rousey and Shane Carwin.

“Thunder Beast” as his fans know him, represents Team Quest. Although the rematch between Rampage and King Mo will be the official main event, the crowd will be going nuts for their hometown fighter and this will  likely be deemed “The People's Main Event”.
